Our Refund Policy

All the content is emailed instantly in your inbox so all our customers are happy and satisfied with the purchased product.

If something isn’t right we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below

First, If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please email us before you receive your e-book we will cancel your order without any question. But after you receive your e-book we only refund you for reasons below:

  • The books are missing contents.
  • If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges.
  • Duplicated Orders which are purchased accidentally. We only refund one of them.

Besides these cases, our store does not accept return or refund due to the nature of our products and the price.

The refund money will be funded back to your Bank Account within 3 – 5 business days.
